- 2 Tsp taco seasoning
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 Cups lettuce, chopped
- 2 Cup kale, chopped
- 1 Avocado, diced
- ½ Bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
