However, if you’re going to someone’s house for a birthday party, BBQ, function, or you name it, there won’t necessarily be healthy food that you need to eat according to your diet. Here’s a delicious snack to satisfy your sweet tooth craving. Take a few of these bars and be ready to take on the world, wherever you may be. You can make a batch and divide it into individual servings, freeze them and then take them with and all you would need to do is heat them up when you’re craving this delightful snack.
Keto Sushi Rolls
Keto sushi rolls make for excellent snacks which are nutrient-rich. And it doesn’t even take long to make, like 15 minutes. All you would need is to get nori seaweed sheets, fish and chopped veggies to use for filling. You can choose from raw fish, or smoked fish, or no fish at all and just keep it with vegetables like avocado, cucumber and bell pepper. Boost the fat content by adding spicy peanut sauce or by adding cream cheese- as long as it doesn’t contain any added sweetener.
Avocados make for a great snack and meal, whether it’s on its own or as a salad mixed with avocado and egg. Avocados are full of nutrition with heart-healthy fats, minerals, fiber, vitamins and anti-inflammatory compounds. It makes for a great substitute for mayonnaise in the traditional egg salad.
