To make this Keto Beef and Cabbage recipe you are going to need:
- Ground beef
- Shredded cabbage
- Unsalted butter
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh chopped parsley
Step 1: Preheat Oven
To get started, preheat your oven to 425 degrees and grease a casserole dish.
Step 2: Get Cooking
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook your bacon until it becomes crispy.
Step 3: Crumble the Bacon
Remove the bacon from your skillet and crumble it. Reserve 1 tablespoon of your bacon grease in your skillet.
Step 4: Butter It Up
Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in your skillet. Add your crumbled bacon back into your skillet.
Step 5: Add the Cabbage
Place your shredded cabbage into your skillet. Stir well to coat the cabbage in the butter and bacon grease.
Step 6: Place in Casserole Dish
Pour the cabbage mixture into the bottom of your greased casserole dish.
Step 7: Back to the Skillet
In the same skillet that you cooked your cabbage mixture in, get started with your ground beef. Add the ground beef into the skillet and cook over medium high heat until completely browned.
