To make this Keto Air Fryer Coconut Shrimp you are going to need:
- Extra large shrimp
- Pork rind crumbs
- Unsweetened coconut shrimp
- Garlic powder
- Black pepper
- Heavy whipping cream
Step 1: Prepare Air Fryer
Get your air fryer ready to cook by preheating it to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Combine Ingredients
Combine your egg and heavy whipping cream together in a shallow bowl using a whisk.
Step 3: Make Coating
To make the coating for the shrimp, use a separate bowl and combine the pork rind crumbs, unsweetened coconut flakes, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix well until properly combined.
